"Sky Ribbon" weather information channel launched on Yahoo! Streaming

Life & Business Weather Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President; Katsutoshi Ishikawa; hereinafter LBW) today launched a new Internet weather information channel called "Sky Ribbon" on Yahoo! Streaming (http://streaming.yahoo.co.jp/), a video portal site provided by Yahoo Japan Corporation, to deliver weather forecasts and various other information regarding the weather. This was realized as part of the efforts of TV Bank Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative and President: Masayoshi Son) to procure attractive video content. Sky Ribbon is an original channel developed by LBW specifically for Yahoo! Streaming that can be accessed free of charge 24 hours a day. The channel is both informative and entertaining, providing weather forecasts by a weather person using computer graphics, and actively making on-site reports on the weather outside the studio. The channel also provides disaster prevention information whenever necessary, as well as a variety of programs reflecting the latest trends and opinions of viewers.
Sky Ribbon Programs
[DJ Weather Forecast]
A weather person gives a forecast like a DJ casually introducing the hottest music. The weather person provides the latest information, including local weather and disaster prevention warnings, while utilizing the most advanced presentation tools. This is a totally new program, overturning the fixed image of weather forecasts.
[Exciting Weather Forecast]
