TV Bank holds video contest on Yahoo! Streaming
- The themes of the first contest are "pet’s performance" and "travel report"; viewer voting will be conducted, and each Grand Award winner will receive one million yen -

TV Bank Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative and President: Masayoshi Son; hereinafter TV Bank) today began to solicit entries for a video contest widely from the public on Yahoo! Streaming (http://streaming.yahoo.co.jp/), a video portal site provided by Yahoo Japan Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahiro Inoue).
The themes of the 1st contest are "pet’s performance" and "travel report." As for the "pet’s performance" theme, TV Bank is soliciting entries focusing on dogs, the zodiac sign for 2006, while for the "travel report" theme, TV bank is expecting to receive works introducing places of natural beauty and historic interest, tourist spots, spas, local specialties, good restaurants, etc. The entries selected at the first screening by the contest secretariat will be publicized on Yahoo! Streaming, and viewer voting and a final screening by the contest secretariat will be conducted to decide the Grand Award winner for each theme (prize: one million yen each).
TV Bank will continue to hold this type of video contest, and, by taking advantage of the interactive capability of the Internet and calling for users to contribute content, serve as a new communication center for video lovers.

Eligibility
Works that have already received an award at other contests, or that have already been commercialized or released at cinemas, cannot be accepted. Everyone can take part in the contest, whether professionals or amateurs, individuals or groups.
