G.T. Entertainment, Inc (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Tomotaka Nakagawa, hereinafter "GTE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SOFTBANK CORP. and FEG Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Sadaharu Tanigawa, hereinafter "FEG") concluded a business tie-up for the worldwide rollout of all the content of fighting sport held, planned and operated by FEG including "K-1".

Through the business tie-up GTE will acquire content rights in the world except Japan such as TV broadcasting, distribution rights on the Internet (automatic public transmission), rights to produce/sell all kinds of image recording media such as videotape, DVD, etc. for exclusive worldwide sale. GTE will also support FEG as its business partner to spread fighting sport content in various countries of the world. In addition, The SOFTBANK Group will be the title sponsor of "Dynamite!! USA", the biggest fighting sport event ever, to be held on June 2, 2007 in Los Angels, U.S.A. and visually powerful images of matches will be distributed through TV Bank Corporation, a streaming distribution company of the Group, to PC’s and mobile phones of SOFTBANK MOBILE Corp.

Now that broadband is widely spread the SOFTBANK Group is making efforts to enhance various content services distributed on the Internet. As part of these efforts, GTE has decided to conclude a business tie-up with FEG that promotes the worldwide rollout of fighting sport events. GTE will acquire various rights of image content including sports, and enrich image content on the Internet as a member of the SOFTBANK Group, as well as aggressively sell and license the acquired TV broadcasting rights and videogram rights in various countries of the world to improve value of content.
