TV Bank Corp. (hereinafter referred to as " TV Bank "), will
do its utmost to comply fully with the "Act concerning Protection
of Personal Information (Law No. 57, May 30, 2003)" and the "Requirements
for Compliance Programs on Personal Information Protection" (JISQ15001)
and to put each of the following items into execution in order
to protect personal information.

1. Enhanced education of employees
TV Bank will prepare learning materials for personal information
protection, distribute them to all its employees and temporary
employees, and provide training at least once a year to all its
employees and temporary employees that handle personal information.

2. Improvement of internal rules regarding
personal information protection
TV Bank will improve the internal rules regarding personal information
protection to present a clear policy for the handling of personal
information and ensure that all its personnel are well aware
that it takes a tough stance against personal information leaks.

3. Placement of a "Chief Information
Security Officer" and enhancement of his/her capacity
TV Bank will establish the position of "Chief Information Security
Officer" and assign the person in charge of information security
to this position. To ensure that this person supervises compliance
with laws and guidelines, formulation of the internal rules,
improvement of the audit system, and other handling of personal
information, TV Bank will establish a system in which the person's
role is clearly defined.

4. Implementation of proper measures
for information security
TV Bank will implement necessary and proper measures such as
personal information access control, restriction on outside use
of personal information, and preventive measures against unauthorized
access from outside, for the purposes of prevention of leakage,
loss, or damage of personal information and of safe management
of personal information.

5. Review and improvement of outsourcing
TV Bank will review and improve our outsourcing strategy to enhance
the protection of personal information. Before entering into
a business trust agreement, TV Bank will rigorously examine the
eligibility of the counterparty. When TV Bank makes a business
trust agreement, it will include provisions concerning safe management
measures, confidentiality, conditions for reconsignment, and
other matters related to the proper handling of personal information.
TV Bank will properly supervise its outsourcees by regularly
monitoring their operation statuses or by other means, paying
greater attention to personal information protection.

6. Improvement and enhancement of the
auditing system
TV Bank will improve the in-house auditing system by which it
can see whether personal information is properly protected. TV
Bank will study methods of auditing based on using an access
log, because it believes such measure is effective for the early
detection of persons who leak personal information and because
such measure has a deterrent effect, and thus will be effective
for preventing information leaks.

7. Proper collection, use, provision,
and publication of personal information
TV Bank collects, uses, provides, and publishes personal information
in a proper way giving much thought to the details and scope
of the business.

If TV Bank needs to use personal information for any other purposes
than those above, it will clearly explain the purpose and obtain
the prior consent of the customer each time.

TV Bank shares personal information as follows:

b. Personal information to be shared
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, customer ID,
and all other personal information TV Bank obtains from a customer
through application for and provision of its services (provided
that such provision does not conflict with privacy of communications).

(2) TV Bank clearly explains the intended use each time it collects
the personal information of its employees.
(3) TV Bank clearly explains the intended use each time it collects
the personal information of people other than its customers,
such as TV Bank’s business partners.
(4) When a customer requests TV Bank to inform him/her of, disclose,
or revise the intended use of personal information TV Bank collects
from the customer, TV Bank will respond to the customer in writing
(provided that the customer agrees). TV Bank may charge the customer
for this answer within a reasonable range taking the actual cost
into consideration.
(5) If a customer wants TV Bank to disclose or correct the personal
information it collected from him/her or if a customer has any
complaint about the handling of such personal information, he/she

8. Continuous improvement of activities
concerning personal information protection
TV Bank will continuously review and improve the above seven
items of activities concerning personal information protection.

About "Cookies" and links
On a website of TV Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Our Website"),
a "Cookie" may be used. A "Cookie", which is a small text file,
is made by a software application on a webpage server and stored
in your hard disk.
A "Cookie" will accumulate information such as the records of
a customer’s use of Our Website (how Our Website is navigated,
which pages interested a customer, how often a customer accesses
Our Website, and so on) on TV Bank’s server. Therefore, when
a customer visits Our Website again, the "Cookie" will inform
TV Bank’s server of the customer’s visit and the website will
be tailored to fit the customer’s taste. If a customer does not
want to use a "Cookie", the customer can disable the "Cookie" by
making a change in the basic settings of the customer’s browser.

Our Website may be linked to or from third-party sites. TV Bank
assumes no responsibility whatsoever for personal information
collected on such linked sites and the management of such information.

Object of this "Principle of Personal
Information Protection"
In this "Principle of Personal Information Protection", "personal
information" means information that can be used to identify individuals,
which includes names, dates of birth or other descriptions, numbers
or codes given to each person, or images or voices of individuals
regardless of whether they are TV Bank’s customers, employees
of TV Bank’s business partners, or TV Bank’s employees. (including
information that is not enough for identification but can easily
be matched with other information and thus used for identification).
This "Principle of Personal Information Protection" is applicable
to all personal information TV Bank has unless otherwise noted
in individual clauses.
